Available from Apptim desktop v0.8.0 and up

The single chart in the report can be filtered to show the value of each performance metric during a specific portion of the test.

Dynamic filters can be applied in two ways:

  • Click & Drag (start to end time)

  • Click on a specific Event/Mark

Click & Drag

Drag the mouse from a start to an end point of time inside the single chart.

In the example below, click and drag between 00:04 and 00:06.

The results for each performance metric will be summarized below the chart. As shown in the image below, the cpu_max value between the start and end period of time of the section clicked-dragged before is 27.0%.

For more metrics to appear in this summary, add thresholds for those metrics within your Apptim workspace / app.

You can undo the filter by clicking the "Reset zoom" button in the upper right corner of the chart.

Click Event/Mark

Click an event to filter the entire chart to the start and end times of that specific event.

In this example, you can click the "Example Mark" event that appears in this specific app.

⚠️ In case your app does have any events tracked, you can add your own, as explained here.

Extra tips

Display/hide metrics by using the side panel checkboxes, as shown in the example below.
