Apptim allows you to collaborate with other teammates and share test results with stakeholders by working on a secure cloud workspace.


A team workspace is available in paid plans, and allows you to share a workspace with users/teammates, who can access all the tests run via authentication through an Apptim account. Teammates can also run their own tests with Apptim Desktop or CLI and publish them to the team workspace, where different test runs can be compared and analyzed.

How to invite teammates to a workspace

To invite teammates to your workspace:

  1. Go to the Workspace View of your team workspace

  2. Click on +Add User button in the top right side

  3. In the prompt, write down in their emails, and an invitation will be sent to them

You will be able to see who has access to your shared workspace, anytime, by clicking on the Users icon.

How many users can I add to a workspace

There are no limits to the users that can share a workspace.
