If you encounter any problem during the installation or suspect there is a problem internal to Apptim, then you should file a bug report. Please send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • Apptim version (Help -> About)
  • Your Operative System properties (type and version)
  • The device you used (name, brand and OS version)
  • Your Xcode version (if using Mac OS)

We'll also need some logs generated by Apptim. Please follow the steps below and send them to us:

1) Attached as a zip file in the email

2) If the zip file is too heavy, upload it to a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox and add the link in the email

If you have Windows OS, also send us the following information in a zip file: 

  • Session folder with problems encountered  (/Users/{user}/Appdata/Local/Apptim/Apptim Solo/Sessions/{session folder})
  • Server log (/Users/{user}/Appdata/Local/Temp/apptim_temp/logs/solo_server.log)
  • Session log (/Users/{user}/Appdata/Local/Temp/apptim_temp/logs/{session log})

If you have Mac OS, also send us the following information in a zip file: 

  • Session folder with problems encountered (/Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/Apptim Solo/sessions/{session folder})
  • Server log - execute open $TMPDIR on Terminal, then go to (/apptim_temp/logs/solo_server.log)
  • Session log - execute open $TMPDIR on Terminal, then go to (/apptim_temp/logs/{session log})
