If you encounter any problem during installation or suspect there is a problem internal to Apptim, then we ask you to please file a bug report. Send an email to [email protected] and include:
Apptim version (Help -> About)
Your Operative System properties (type and version)
The device you used (name, brand and OS version)
Your Xcode version (if using Mac OS)
We'll also need some logs generated by Apptim. Please follow the steps below and send them to us:
1) Attached as a zip file in the email
2) If the zip file is too heavy, upload it to a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox and add the link in the email
If you have Windows OS, also send us the following information in a zip file:
Session folder with problems encountered (/Users/{user}/Appdata/Local/Apptim/Apptim Solo/Sessions/{session folder})
Server log (/Users/{user}/Appdata/Local/Temp/apptim_temp/logs/solo_server.log)
Session log (/Users/{user}/Appdata/Local/Temp/apptim_temp/logs/{session log})

Server log - execute open $TMPDIR on Terminal, then go to (/apptim_temp/logs/solo_server.log)
