iOS device troubleshooting

If your iOS device is not recognized by Apptim Solo or you're having problems recording a test session, you can try to fix the problem by following these steps:

  1. Close Apptim Solo. (⌘+Q)

  2. Plug in your iOS device using a USB Cable.

  3. Unlock your device and make sure it is charging. 

  4. If prompted, trust the connection when the device asks for it.

  5. Open Apptim Solo again.

Note: Every time you update the iOS version of your device, you will have to download new symbols to allow debugging on the device.
