iOS device troubleshooting
If your iOS device is not recognized by Apptim Solo or you have problems recording your test sessions you can try to fix this following these steps:
- Close Apptim Solo. (⌘+Q)
- Plug your iOS device using an USB Cable.
- Unlock your device and make sure it is charging.
- If prompted, trust the connection when the device asks for it.
- Open Apptim Solo again.
Note: Every time you update the iOS version of your device you will have to download new symbols to allow debugging on the device.
