iOS device troubleshooting

If your iOS device is not recognized by Apptim Solo or you have problems recording your test sessions you can try to fix this following these steps:

  1. Close Apptim Solo. (⌘+Q)
  2. Plug your iOS device using an USB Cable.
  3. Unlock your device and make sure it is charging. 
  4. If prompted, trust the connection when the device asks for it.
  5. Open Apptim Solo again.

Note: Every time you update the iOS version of your device you will have to download new symbols to allow debugging on the device.
